Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand welding requirements.
2. Set up and operate welding equipment, such as gas, arc, or laser welding machines.
3. Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing dirt, debris, and rust.
4. Position and secure metal components for welding, ensuring accurate alignment.
5. Weld metal parts together, using the appropriate welding techniques and parameters.
6. Inspect welds for defects, such as cracks, and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
7. Monitor and maintain welding equipment to ensure proper functioning.
8. Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear while welding.
9. Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
10. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Welder in a reputable fabrication or welding company.
2. Proficiency in various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, or stick welding.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
4. Strong attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.
5. Knowledge of welding safety protocols and procedures.
6. Physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy materials and equipment.
7. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
