Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications to determine the layout and configuration of welded parts.
• Set up welding equipment, including selecting appropriate welding methods and materials.
• Fabricate and weld metal components using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy, making any necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a welding certification program or apprenticeship.
• Proven experience as a Welder, with expertise in various welding techniques.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
