Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests, prioritizing tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and installations.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and work orders.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel engineering or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and building operations.
• Leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
