Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of sales associates.
• Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Train new sales team members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and recommendations.
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market competition.
• Ensure the store is organized and merchandise is displayed effectively.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
