Job Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and offer assistance with luggage.
Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby area.
Coordinate with the front desk to handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
Assist guests with transportation requests, such as arranging taxis or shuttles.
Offer information about local attractions, restaurants, and services.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
Maintain the safety and security of guest belongings.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Education and Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Bell Attendant is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Physical stamina for lifting and carrying luggage.
Knowledge of local attractions and services is advantageous.
