Education

• High School / Bachelors Degree / Diploma 

Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience On Related Field 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
• Anticipate and address guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Handle guest payments and provide excellent customer service.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused attitude and a team player.
