Education:

• Secondary // Bachelor Degree / Diploma in related field

Experience

• 1-3 Years of Experience in related field

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
• Set up and maintain clean and organized dining areas.
• Ensure tables are properly set with utensils, napkins, and condiment
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Communicate special requests and dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
• Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes before serving.
• Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Suggest additional menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Upsell beverages and desserts as appropriate.

Education and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
