- Ensure prompt and efficient service while maintaining high standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to meet customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Education and Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
