- Assisting guests with menu selections and answering questions about dishes.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently and conveying them to the kitchen staff.
- Delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and professionally.
- Providing attentive service throughout the meal, refilling drinks, and anticipating guest needs.
- Clearing and setting tables in preparation for the next guests.
- Handling payments accurately and processing transactions.
- Collaborating with colleagues and maintaining effective communication.
- Upholding cleanliness and tidiness in the dining areas.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
- Eligibility for a work permit and visa in the United Kingdom.
