Job Summary:

Aura 888 Foods Ltd. is currently seeking friendly and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our restaurant team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service to our customers, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:
   • Welcome and greet customers warmly, escorting them to their tables.
   • Provide menus and inform customers about daily specials and promotions.
2. Order Taking:
   • Take customer orders accurately and ensure special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
   • Answer any questions customers may have about the menu.
3. Food and Beverage Delivery:
   • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to customers’ tables.
   • Ensure that food presentation meets the restaurant’s standards.
4. Upselling and Promotion:
   • Suggest additional menu items or promotions to enhance the customer experience.
   • Inform customers of ongoing specials and loyalty programs.
5. Bill Processing and Payment:
   • Present bills to customers, process payments accurately, and provide change as needed.
   • Handle cash and electronic payments following established procedures.
6. Cleanliness and Sanitation:
   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and work stations.
   • Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Availability to work in Canada with visa sponsorship.
