2. Provide attentive and personalized service to customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Guide customers through the menu, offering recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
4. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
5. Anticipate and respond to customer needs, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
6. Process payments, handle cash transactions, and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
7. Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area.
8. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
9. Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.
10. Adhere to health and safety regulations, hygiene practices, and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
2. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
5. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Basic math skills for handling payments and operating the point-of-sale system.
7. A positive and proactive work ethic, with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.
8. Adherence to health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
