Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables.
• Presenting menus and providing recommendations if requested.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
• Serving food and drinks promptly and accurately.
• Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
• Handling payments and processing transactions accurately.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Jumeirah’s service standards.
