Education:

Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for IT projects and initiatives.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit and document user needs and functional requirements.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements, and propose solutions to meet business objectives.
- Develop detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in testing and validation of IT solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Provide support and training to end users on new systems and processes.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation techniques.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
