1. Telecom Engineer:

  • Design, implement, and manage telecom networks and systems, ensuring their functionality and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support for the installation and maintenance of telecom equipment, including routers, switches, and signal transmitters.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system reliability.
  • Monitor network performance, including traffic, bandwidth, and connectivity, and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate new services and technologies into the existing infrastructure.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the telecom industry, recommending new solutions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies regarding network security and data protection.

2. Customer Service Representative:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering their inquiries and resolving issues related to mobile, internet, and other telecom services.
  • Provide clear information about the company’s products, services, and billing inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders, including service requests, upgrades, and cancellations.
