We are currently hiring 20 hardworking and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team. This is an urgent hiring opportunity open to both Canadian residents and international applicants. LMIA sponsorship is available for eligible foreign workers who require a work permit to legally work in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Room Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Make beds, change bed linens, and organize rooms according to hotel standards.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and mirrors.
- Replenish toiletries, towels, and other guest amenities as needed.
- Ensure all furniture and appliances are in good working order.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.
2. Public Area Cleaning:
- Maintain cleanliness in hotel hallways, lobbies, and common areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene are maintained throughout the hotel.
3. Guest Service & Hospitality:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests politely.
- Assist guests with any housekeeping-related inquiries.
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect the hotel’s high hospitality standards.
4. Inventory & Supplies Management:
- Restock housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
- Monitor supply levels and inform management when restocking is needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
- No formal education required.
- Basic English language skills to follow instructions and communicate with guests.
Experience:
- No previous housekeeping experience required – training will be provided.
- Experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, janitor, or room attendant is an asset.
Skills and Qualities:
- Hardworking and reliable – Able to complete tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail – High standards for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Time management skills – Able to complete room cleaning within scheduled time.
- Physically fit – Comfortable standing for long hours and lifting items.
- Good communication skills – Professional and polite interaction with guests and colleagues.
