Duties and Responsibilities:

- Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure the accuracy of orders and address any guest concerns or special requests.
- Clear and reset tables after guests depart.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of restaurant areas before service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Education and Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical condition to handle standing and walking for long periods.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
