Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the store team to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Oversee staff performance, provide training, and conduct evaluations.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team for replenishment.
• Manage cash registers, process transactions, and handle financial reports.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and maximize profitability.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the management team on store activities and promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in retail or a related industry.
