Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage and monitor daily service delivery operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customer service standards are consistently met and maintained.
  • Team Management: Supervise and support service delivery staff, providing guidance and training as necessary.
  • Incident Management: Address and resolve any service delivery issues promptly and effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all service delivery operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a service delivery or customer service environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in service management software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
