Duties and Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Ensure that all customer service standards are consistently met and maintained.
- Team Management: Supervise and support service delivery staff, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Incident Management: Address and resolve any service delivery issues promptly and effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all service delivery operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
