Education:
- High School/ Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Related Field
Experience:
- 1/2 Years Experience in Related Field
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various types of agreements and contracts.
- Advise on legal implications of the company’s commercial activities.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international laws and regulations.
- Support in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external legal counsel as required.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments affecting the company.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master’s degree in Law (LLM) preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a legal counsel role, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Professional certification or membership in a recognized legal body is an advantage.
