Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize revenue
• Managing room inventory and ensuring optimal availability
• Monitoring and adjusting rates based on demand and market conditions
• Preparing and presenting revenue reports and forecasts
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop promotional strategies
• Conducting regular performance reviews and identifying areas for improvement
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Education and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field
• Previous experience in revenue management or a similar role in the hospitality industry
