Duties and Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise on shelves and in storage areas.
• Stocking: Ensure that shelves are fully stocked, organized, and properly labeled.
• Product Rotation: Monitor product expiration dates and perform regular stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Customer Assistance: Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent customer service.
• Price Tagging: Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and orderly stockroom and sales floor.
• Reordering: Communicate with management regarding inventory levels and recommend reordering as necessary.
• Damage Reporting: Report any damaged or missing merchandise to the appropriate manager.

Education and Qualification

• No formal education is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in retail or a similar stocker role is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to lift heavy objects, good customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
