Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with office security protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries efficiently.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Education and Qualification

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree or certification in office administration or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
