Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure competitive pricing.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain and update supplier information and procurement records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with various departments to meet their procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Resolve issues related to procurement, such as invoice discrepancies and delivery delays.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
