Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the hotel manager in managing all aspects of the hotel operations
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
