Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring they are accurate and comply with laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Analyze budgets and create financial reports for planning and decision-making.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
• Ensure compliance with all internal processes and relevant regulations.
• Support and manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Education and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
