Education

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to meet production targets.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure product excellence.
• Train and supervise production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Develop and implement safety procedures to create a secure work environment.
• Optimize production processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
