Job Responsibilities

As an HR professional in the UAE, your responsibilities will include:

Education and Qualification

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, including recruitment and employee relations.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
