- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee compensation and benefits.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS software.
