Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Testing: Conduct quality testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Laboratory Analysis: Perform laboratory analyses using equipment and instrumentation, including but not limited to pH meters, spectrophotometers, and titration equipment.
- Data Recording: Accurately record and document test results and observations, maintaining comprehensive records.
- Calibration and Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Sample Management: Manage and track samples in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field is preferred.
- Laboratory Experience: Previous experience in a laboratory setting, particularly in quality control or quality assurance, is an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting results and collaborating with teams.
- Visa Sponsorship: Must require visa sponsorship to work legally in the USA.
