Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that workloads are evenly distributed and deadlines are met.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to enhance performance and productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents or injuries.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate logistics and resolve issues as they arise.
• Generate reports on team performance, productivity, and inventory accuracy.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
