Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide emotional and psychological support, and encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.
- Monitor client’s well-being and report changes in health status to the registered nurse or case manager.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of client information.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not mandatory.
- CPR and First Aid certification are beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
