Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead the team, ensuring all staff members adhere to company policies, standards, and procedures.
2. Provide guidance and support to team members, assisting with their training, development, and performance management.
3. Ensure excellent customer service by interacting with guests, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues or complaints.
4. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
5. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with company guidelines and regulations.
6. Assist with staff scheduling, including managing breaks and shift rotations to ensure adequate staffing levels.
7. Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
8. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, discuss goals, and foster a positive and cohesive work environment.
9. Assist with ordering and receiving supplies, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing wastage.
10. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
4. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
7. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle various challenges that may arise in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
9. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic office software.
