Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing to customers.
• Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
