Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability while maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure individual and team success.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and implementing action plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety regulations and inventory control.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards, ensuring that displays are attractive, well-maintained, and effectively showcase luxury homeware products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail management, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the luxury homeware sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and inventory management.
