Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu development and planning for banquets and events.
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and cooking of banquet meals, ensuring adherence to recipes and standards.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency and quality in food preparation.
  • Monitor food inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and banquet areas.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of banquets and events.
  • Assist in managing food costs and budgeting for banquet operations.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
