Job Description:

We’re looking for passionate, skilled, and innovative Software Developers from around the world who want to work in the UK tech sector. This role involves the development, deployment, and maintenance of web, mobile, or enterprise software systems, working with cutting-edge technologies and frameworks.

You’ll be joining fast-paced teams building scalable and secure digital products, cloud-native applications, and next-gen services across industries such as finance, healthcare, e-commerce, education, AI, and media.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, UX/UI, and DevOps
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in modern programming languages
Participate in code reviews and contribute to software architecture decisions
Maintain and enhance existing applications and APIs
Integrate third-party services and databases
Follow Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines
Troubleshoot, debug, and fix software issues in a timely manner
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with new development tools, frameworks, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2–3 years of professional software development experience
Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and algorithms
Proficiency in one or more of the following languages:
Java
Python
JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js/React/Angular/Vue)
C# / .NET
Ruby
Go
Kotlin / Swift
Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with Git, RESTful APIs, Docker, or Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
Good communication in English (written and verbal)

Desirable Skills & Bonus Points:

Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
Mobile development (iOS/Android)
DevOps knowledge – CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
Microservices architecture
Familiarity with TDD, BDD, and automated testing frameworks
Exposure to machine learning, blockchain, or AI-based projects
Open-source contributions or portfolio projects on GitHub
