Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:

    • Supervise and guide a team of café associates during assigned shifts.

  2. Customer Service:

    • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers’ needs are met.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
    • Create a friendly and engaging environment, encouraging repeat business.
  3. Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring adherence to company standards.
    • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate supplies.
    • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
  4. Sales and Targets:

    • Drive sales by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling.
    • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
    • Analyze sales data and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
  5. Training and Development:

    • Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular coaching and performance evaluations for team members.
    • Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:
