- Making beds, changing linens, and replenishing towels and amenities.
- Vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Emptying trash containers and disposing of waste materials properly.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or room damage to the appropriate department.
- Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all times.
Education and Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred but not required.
