Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of assigned projects, adhering to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and goals.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Coordinate project resources, including team members, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status, solicit feedback, and address concerns.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field required; PMP certification preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on retail or construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
