Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute construction projects in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of construction activities.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel involved in construction activities.
- Monitor construction progress and performance, identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the project.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing construction activities in the oil and gas industry.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in construction management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant construction codes, standards, and regulations.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
