• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and staff scheduling.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to execute business strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor store performance metrics and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed to drive results.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of success in driving sales and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead teams effectively.
