Job Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
- Supervision: Supervise and guide Enrolled Nurses and Healthcare Assistants in providing high-quality care.
- Medication Management: Administer medications and monitor residents for any adverse reactions.
- Health Assessment: Conduct health assessments, vital sign monitoring, and wound care as required.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the holistic well-being of residents.
- Family and Resident Support: Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to healthcare protocols.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Valid BCLS and ACLS certifications.
- Proven experience as an Enrolled Nurse with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered care approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility for a work visa in Singapore, if required.

- Supportive Care: Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
- Assist in Activities of Daily Living (ADL): Help residents with their ADL, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Emergency Response: Assist in managing medical emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Valid BCLS certification.
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing quality care.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
