- Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to address and resolve punchlist items in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of punchlist items and their status.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project closeout documentation.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or coordination.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures.
