Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate in our Coffeeshop at Grandiose Supermarket, your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Taking customer orders for coffee and other beverages.
Preparing and serving coffee, espresso, and other hot or cold beverages.
Operating coffee machines and other equipment.
Explaining coffee menu items and making recommendations to customers.
Preparing and serving pastries and snacks.
Handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
Maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.
Ensuring the quality and freshness of coffee and food products.
Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.

Education and Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
