Education

• High School / Bachelors Degree / Diploma   

Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience On Related Field

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards.
• Train and motivate housekeeping team members, providing guidance and support.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues.
• Implement and enforce safety and hygiene policies.

Education and Qualification:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Dubai.
