- Ensure accuracy in order delivery and attend to guests’ needs during their dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and wine pairings.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
