Education:

Experience:

  • 1/2 Years Experience in Related Field

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resources policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with the hotel’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, including conducting interviews, coordinating job fairs, and managing onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies and support career growth.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, incentives, and employee recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and hotel policies.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
