Responsibilities:

1. Store Management:
   • Oversee the overall operation of the retail store, including inventory management, product display, and store cleanliness.
   • Ensure that the store is properly stocked and organized to meet customer demands.
2. Customer Service:
   • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
   • Assist customers in making product selections and provide product knowledge.
3. Staff Supervision:
   • Supervise and coordinate the work of retail staff, including scheduling shifts and managing breaks.
   • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
4. Sales and Promotion:
   • Promote sales and special promotions to increase store revenue and customer loyalty.
   • Monitor sales performance and set targets for the team.
5. Cash Handling:
   • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and ensure the accuracy of cash registers.
   • Balance daily sales and prepare necessary reports.
6. Compliance:
   • Ensure compliance with all relevant retail laws, regulations, and store policies.
   • Follow safety and security procedures to protect store assets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Retail Store Supervisor or similar supervisory role in a retail setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Customer service-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional shopping experiences.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.
• Availability to work in Canada with visa sponsorship.
