- Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics, such as sales, costs, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including managers, chefs, servers, and other employees.
