Responsibilities:

• Operate Reach Trucks to safely and efficiently load, unload, stack, and retrieve goods in the warehouse.
• Conduct pre-operation checks on Reach Trucks to ensure they are in proper working condition, reporting any faults or issues.
• Safely maneuver Reach Trucks in narrow aisles and tight spaces, following safety protocols and regulations.
• Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring items are properly labeled and organized.
• Conduct stock movements and transfers using Reach Trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Follow standard operating procedures for the safe handling and storage of goods.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the Reach Truck and surrounding zones.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or near misses to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid Reach Truck FLT license is essential.
• Previous experience as a Reach Truck FLT Driver is required.
• Strong knowledge of Reach Truck operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to maneuver Reach Trucks with precision and accuracy in a warehouse environment.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate picking, stacking, and storage of goods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and carrying heavy items.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
